A passion to help those with all their real estate needs:

As a local Sacramento resident who was born and raised in the area, my passion for real estate and investing in the city is tied to my roots here.  Growing up in Downtown and later in East Sacramento and seeing the growth and development of the city and the surrounding areas have really been incredible.  From all the trees that line our streets to the vibrant art scene, it has been an easy city to fall in love with.  That passion has extended into my real estate profession, and the exploration of the unique real estate environment and history that make up our area.

I went to CSUS on a soccer scholarship where I got my Business degree with a double concentration in Marketing and International Business.  That education took me to a job in the Medical field as a Business Administrator.  After six years of negotiating contracts and expanding services with the medical groups, hospitals, and especially the insurance companies, a realization was made.  The ugly side of the medical world showed me this wasn’t a career that I was passionate about and a change was needed.  After purchasing my first home and investment property, I grew increasingly drawn to the process and pursuit of real estate.  The styles and architecture of each home along with the way the land was used was something that drew me to this profession. Making a career change to real estate was an obvious choice. 

Since 2014 when I received my license as a realtor, I have enjoyed helping people navigate the process of searching, purchasing, and selling real estate.  Helping buyers find a house to make it their home gave me a unique sense of satisfaction.  Helping sellers prep and sell their homes to better meet their needs, whether that means relocating, downsizing, or upsizing also leaves me with a good feeling that a problem has been solved.  As an investor in real estate myself, helping individuals identify and analyze real estate to achieve a passive income for their future is something I’m always passionate about.
